谷歌与意大利达成协议将扫描100万册古籍

Dress Up Like Gene Simmons

Gene Simmons is a legend and crazed KISS fans have followed his life as closely as they have followed is ever changing dresses and on stage persona. In 1973 gene Simmons costume was a rented sailor's suit for the audition for Epic records. This definitely did not match the demonic persona that he displayed on the stage. It soon gave way to the skull and crossbones evening Gowns t-shirt with black glitter pants and a leather jacket. This was the Gene Simmons costume for the first couple of years of his joining KISS.

Gene Simmons costume kept changing and evolving from 1974 to 1989 when he parted from the band KISS. In 1974, Simmons changed his look several times combining items from his costumes in different ways. The t-shirt now had batwings under the arms and the back of the shirt is where the earlier skull and crossbones disappeared to. The bat wings became a part of Gene Simmons costumes from now on and went on from clothes to make-up, always prevalent. Black leather pants with thigh holes and bat shaped studs in the crotch area were also worn throughout the year. Gene Simmons costume was not complete without leather chokers; these looked like simple dog collars in leather with a single row of spiked studs.

Leather overall costumes made the band sweat profusely and the wet costumes were difficult to dry without getting stiff. Later, Simmons is seen wearing tights under the leather pants which is evident form the covered thigh holes probably due to this discomfort. 1974 also witnessed a Gene Simmons costume with a diamond shaped opening in the front of the leather jacket. Photographing jewellery can be tricky

Photographing jewellery can be tricky, but with a few concepts and budget below US$500 it is possible to achieve near-professional look of the photographs. This guide is intended for absolute beginners. Terminology is simplified, and camera adjustments are discussed with only jewellery in mind.

1. Equipment

1.1 Digital SLR

Biggest spend for near-professional look of jewellery photography is for the digital SLR. This is an absolute must. Second-hand camera will tiffany jewellery be as good. Camera without many features and without high Mega-Pixel rate will work just as fine. 3 Mega Pixel is more than enough.

Note that what makes the difference is the quality of the optical system, not the number of actual pixels.

Digital SLR will allow you to manually adjust every aspect of the camera. Automatic modes are not appropriate for jewellery.

1.2 Lighting

Avoid using any flashes. Don't use camera's built in flash. Don't buy stand-alone flashes. In fact, don't buy any lighting equipment. Desk lamps 60W-100W will do just fine.

Photo tent will help a lot, but is not mandatory. You get find them for as little as US$20. Terminology varies, so "Photo Tent" will also be called "Light Cube", or "Soft Light Box". Do your searching and find one approx 20" (50cm) in size.

You will need 3 lights. Two matted lights -- soft lights, and one reflector light. Place one matted light left of the area for jewellery, and one to the right. Place reflector light near where the camera is.

Whatever you do, avoid mixing light types wedding dresses . Use only non-fluorescent lights, and isolate your photo 'lab' away from natural light.

1.3 Tripod

To have freedom with many settings that will be a must, we will have to use longer exposures. For longer exposures to achieve maximum sharpness, we'll need a tripod. Our hand shakes too much, when camera runs at exposition 1/2s or 1/5s. Buy a 'tripod' for US$10-$20. You don't need a heavy duty tripod. If your setup will be on a desk, you can chose mini tripod - approx 10" (25cm), and stand tripod on the desk as well, or longer tripod, approx 50" (125cm) and stand it on the floor.

2. Setup

Position the lights as described above. Two desk lamps with soft light (irrelevant if you are using photo tent -- the tent is there to soften the light), and reflector light at the front. I keep the cube open at the front, for easier adjustments and photographs, unless jewellery is highly reflective of the image of me taking photograph.

Uniform background colour is recommended. White background works great. Black background is a little harder to work with. I use one of the white wooden shelves that was sitting in the garrage. Hardware stores will sell these for a few dollars.

Jewellery neck stands look effective only on some pieces, but for most laying on the white surface is the best.

3. Jewelry Arrangement

Spend time arranging jewellery. Clean the jewellery if needed. Polish and remove finger prints. Lay it nicely. For chains, spend time to even out all links and to lay it in a perfect circle. For fashion jewellery this may be a little tricky simply because it's made of various materials and it just doesn't like to sit perfectly on its own. Use blue-tac to fix it where you want it.

4. Taking Photographs

Set your camera to manual. This is where you can adjust all settings yourself. You can leave auto-focus on if you wish, that is about the only setting you can have automatic. Disable camera flash. With static lighting and without using flashes, you can spend time moving the lights until you get perfect setup, before taking shots.

Learn the following 5 camera adjustments: Aperature (f-number), Sensitivity (ISO number), Shutter Speed (Exposure), White Balance, and Focus. These 5 are your bread and butter.

4.1 Aperature

Also known as f-number. This setting widens or narrows the lens, limiting the amount of light that comes into the camera. This directly affects shutter speed, and film sensitivity (since we're using digital camera, film sensitivity is adjustable like anything else).

This setting is responsible for the 'focal lenght'. With high f-number eg f/22 or f/11, when taking jewellery photographs, parts that are close to camera will be focused as well as parts that are further away. With low f-number, eg f/2, only the focused part will be in-focus, and parts of jewellery that are further apart or closer to the camera will become fuzzy. Use this setting as it suits you. You may want to create certain effect, but if you don't, keep this setting to f/11. Overdoing this setting will limit the light coming into the camera, and you'll have to make sacrifices elsewhere to compensate.

4.2 Sensitivity

Also known as ISO number. This used to be film property, and expressed in numbers like ISO200, ISO400, ISO800 etc. The higher the number, more sensitive the film, less light it needs, and thus more expensive. In Digital SLR's this is merely just a setting, but the higher the number, more noise camera will capture. The more light you have, you can go lower with this number. For our limited lighting, ISO800 or ISO1600 will be fine, but try not to use ISO3200 -- it adds visible noise.

4.3 Shutter Speed

Also known as exposure, it is a measure of time camera will be taking the light. When photographing moving objects, you would want this fairly short: 1/200 or or 1/400. However, we're taking static objects, and with the tripod camera is static as well. This gives us flexibility in going as low as 1/30 or 1/10, or even 1/2. Value 1/2 means that camera takes light from the object for half a second. If anything moves during that half a second, photograph will be blurred.

Adjust shutter speed freely until you get desirable effect. In fact, when taking photographs of jewellery against white background, you will want photos over-exposed. Over-exposure should affect only the white background, where small imperfections of white surface will vanish into pure white. If your camera has light meter, it will display a warning that you have too much light, number 2 or 2.5 could be flashing in your viewfinder. This is good :-).

If your background is black, you'll want it under-exposed. This will keep the black background black, remove some imperfections, but leave the jewellery just fine.

4.4 White Balance

With different colours present in every light source, our eyes naturally adjust to what white is. Cameras try to do the same and for general photography are quite good at it. However, for jewellery, you'll want to try all manual pre-sets yourself and chose best result. If everything fails, manually adjust white balance, until it's good. You won't need to keep changing this setting from one jewellery piece to another.

4.5 Focus

Jewellery is static. It's easy to use manual focus, but auto-focus seems to work just as fine. If camera keeps focusing on the incorrect part, just switch to manual, and away you go. For most applications, auto-focus will be fine though.

4.6 Taking photographs

Take enough photographs for each peace. Use camera built-in display as a guide only. Colors and brightness will look slightly different on the computer screen. You can adjust some of it afterwards, but try to take a perfect shot in the first place.

5. Post-Processing

Restrain youself from using too many features of the photo editing software. All you need to do is manually adjust Brightness and Contrast, and perhaps use 'Sharpen' feature. Don't apply any automatic adjustments, as these will get confused with too much white in the photo, or too much black.

Crop to the area you want to keep, save in internet-friendly format (eg 400x300) and you've got a near-professional photograph. Reuse the same photograph for 'zoom-in' crops. You won't be making images larger, instead you'll be cropping from your original, adjusting and saving.

苹果iPhone应用风靡全球

　　iPhone手机应用包罗万象，风靡全球。据国外媒体报道，继美国白宫推出iPhone应用之后，美国陆军在官方主页Army.mil上也推出了自己的iPhone应用。苹果应用在全球的风靡程度，在Gartner近日出台的报告中就有体现：在2009年，苹果占据了全球手机应用市场99.4%的份额，而这其中，手机游戏仍占下载量的第一位。

　　苹果开放式的平台不仅吸引了众多普通人来为App Store贡献才智，同时也让官方组织参与到这个平台中来。由此可见，以苹果为代表的手机应用程序市场已经逐渐成熟，同时可以预见其在今后几年内会以较快的增长速度发展。对于我国来说，手机应用也是一个潜力巨大的市场，但要其发展仍需注重用户需求。

　　苹果手机应用依然一枝独秀

　　1月初，苹果总部宣布在线商店应用程序下载量突破30亿。换句话说就是，仅在2009年一年，iPhone用户就从苹果在线商店购买下载了25亿个应用程序。同时，苹果在2009年的全球市场份额已占到99.4%，这让苹果当仁不让地“稳坐”手机应用的“霸主”宝座。

　　苹果App Store如此成功的盈利模式刺激了电子信息产业的每一条神经，各大公司纷纷试水手机应用，手机应用商店如雨后春笋般涌现。

　　在去年，手机中的明星品牌NOKIA推出了OviStore，三星、Palm、RIM等同样不甘示弱。其他通信产业链中与手机应用距离较远的公司也“耐不住寂寞”，纷纷出手想要在手机应用市场中“分一杯羹”：比如软件大鳄微软发布了SkyMarket。移动运营商作为通信产业的重要组成部份，自然也不会放过这个重要机会，因此外国的Vodafone等，中国的移动、联通、电信也纷纷开始创建各自的手机应用商店。

　　在这些竞争者中，其实也不乏实力雄厚者，比如谷歌Android Market，虽然目前仅仅拥有大约20000个程序，但是这个数字仍在快速增长，目前的递增速度为平均每月新增应用程序3544个。谷歌应用程序的增长速度虽然给苹果无形的压力，但却无法撼动苹果手机应用霸主的地位。

　　预测也证明前景。Gartner报告显示，如果苹果能保持当前这种便携式打标机增长速度，那么2010年其在线商店应用程序下载量有望达到45亿次，收入将达到68亿美元。到2013年，苹果在线商店应用程序下载量将达到216亿次，收入高达295亿美元。

　　手机游戏下载稳“坐”手机应用头把交椅

　　一直以来，手机应用的下载就以游戏的下载量为“重头戏”。据游戏开发者大会(GDC)最近的研究数据显示，智能手机是使用最广泛最受欢迎的游戏平台。

　　早在2008年2月4日，国际报道根据市场调查机构ComScore的报告，已指出苹果iPhone使用者下载手机游戏的数量增长得很快，在2008年11月时上升了14%；同时，手机游戏下载的数量在2008年11月间增长了17%，达到850万次。数据增长与用户需求密不可分。创业投资研究机构ChinaVenture发布的报告亦认为，2008－2010年将成为手机网络游戏市场的快速发展期。因此，手机游戏下载在今后仍将是手机应用的重中之重。

　　而随着手机应用总量的增加，社交网络和办公工具类应用等下载量也在不断提高，比如社交网络。据IDC预计，到2012年企业社交网络产品规模将达到20亿美元，而随着传统的桌面市场向激光打标移动市场转移，手机社交网络的日常化应用将会成为不可阻挡的趋势。

　　其他应用也是如此。随着智能手机功能的不断加强，人们对智能手机的接受度不断提高，这些手机应用将不断得到创新并在人们的工作、学习和生活中发挥更加重要的作用。

　　国产手机应用需在模仿中变通

　　在国内市场，手机应用刚刚起步。

　　国外手机应用市场已日渐成熟，而在我国，直到2009年8月17日中国移动正式上线Mobile Market才开始步入正轨。中国电信随后也推出了在线应用商店，但总体来说国内的市场与国外相比明显落后。

　　在众多参与者入局之后，有分析人士认为，“很多参与者都喜欢模仿，却忽略了现在手机应用商店市场竞争已由蓝海变成红海。”可见，想通过单纯的模仿获取成功并不是那么容易，简单照搬只会失败。

　　苹果iPhone＋APPStore的成功模式摆在我们面前，在国内手机应用“摸着石头过河”的时期，苹果的模式还是为大家提供了很多的启示和经验。然而iPhone＋APPStore的模式能否适应国内的生长土壤，这还要看各大手机应用提供商是否能把国内的市场环境分析清楚。比如中国人的消费习惯、支付习惯、创新能力的不同，将会对手机应用的模式产生很大的影响。

　　当前，国产手机应用首先应当迅速认识到自身的长处和短处，尽快调整策略，才能实现共赢，实现逐步做大做强。其次，供应商应当尽量做到合作共赢，强强联合，共同应对市场；同时要发挥的气动打标机传统消费模式的优势，拓宽盈利渠道。

　　当然，结合国内人们的使用习惯和消费习惯，把手机应用与手机功能结合在一起，也很重要。

传粉丝网获SK电信2700万美元注资将合并赛我网

1月27日，据粉丝网人员证实，韩国SK电信2700万美金注资粉丝网，用作粉丝网与赛我网的整合，粉丝网CEO王吉鹏将担任新公司CEO，正式的消息将于2月初公布。

据了解，粉丝网已于今年1月10日前从万达搬到了温特来中心，赛我网于1月27日上午搬去与粉丝网一起办公。合并后，公司员工将达到110人。

日前，粉丝网CEO王吉鹏也在电话中回应了此事，他表示，此次交易还涉及多家股东，在两家公司没有完成整合前还不便对外公布更多的细节。

消息人士透露，此次粉丝网与赛我网的合并由韩国SK电信中国区总裁全胄镐促成。合并后，粉丝网CEO王吉鹏将担任新公司CEO，伍耘任总裁，但伍耘并不涉及具体的管理与执行。此外，在人事整合中，王吉鹏提前提高了粉丝网大部分员工的职位级别。

该人士称，早在08年，粉丝网、分贝网就与韩国SK电信就合并赛我网有过接触。09年2月，赛我网聘请前偶偶网CEO伍耘担任总裁，但因战略分歧、人事纠纷等原因，赛我网一直未有实质性的动作。据了解，伍耘到任后，赛我网产品总监、技术总监陆续离职。

此外，韩国SK电信在中国投资的另一家互联网公司千寻网目前也处在被抛售状态，有消息称，春节后该公司将展开大规模裁员。

伊朗：美利用互联网对付伊朗说明其黔驴技穷

路透洛杉矶1月27日电(记者Dan Whitcomb)在互联网的短暂历史上，有数不清的网站曾经流行一时，但很快就被追求创新、优质服务和更酷功能的用户毅然抛弃，转眼成为过去时。

美国加州大学洛杉矶分校本科生阿丽莎・拉瓦希奥，自从建立了Facebook账户的那天起，就头也不回地抛弃了MySpace，她对Twitter的兴趣甚至也降低了，Facebook究竟是怎样令年轻用户如此忠心耿耿的？

21岁的阿丽莎主修互联网对社会及通讯的影响，她其实对Facebook给自己生活带来的变化有些厌烦，但已经欲罢不能。

阿丽莎说，由于自己已经被Facebook“技术锁定”，她目前还是会继续当其忠诚用户。换句话说，Facebook已经成了她生活中不可或缺的重要部分。

“我认为Facebook是目前互联网最有价值的网站，价值甚至大于谷歌，因为Facebook通过其‘Facebook Connect’第三方软件开发服务将自己打造为网民的‘网上身份证’。”阿丽莎说。

“技术锁定”的涵义是，整个社会对某种技术的运用程度越高，用户们就越难用其他技术代替它。当前主流的QWERTY电脑键盘就是一例——这是1870年代设计出来的机械打字机键盘。尽管一百多年来人们开发出了若干种更加具有逻辑性的键盘设计，但QWERTY键盘却长盛不衰。

根据互联网营销研究公司Comscore.com的数据，拥有1亿多美国用户，全球用户超过3.5亿的Facebook，似乎已经实现了“技术锁定”。

2009年12月，Facebook共有1.12亿独立用户，远远超过同期MySpace的5,700万和Twitter的2,000万。每位用户使用Facebook的平均时间也高达246.9分钟，MySpace有112.7分钟，Twitter只有24.3分钟。

刘明康：商业银行需合理控制信贷增量

中国银监会主席刘明康26日在2010年第一次经济金融形势分析通报（电视电话）会议上指出，各银行业金融机构一定要根据实体经济有效需求和审慎标准，合理控制信贷增量，把握好信贷投放节奏，努力实现逐季均衡投放和平稳增长。

刘明康表示，商业银行要坚定不移地推进信贷管理“三个办法、一个指引”（即《固定资产贷款管理暂行办法》、《流动资金贷款管理办法》、《个人贷款管理办法》和《项目融资业务指引》）的全面落实。全面评估和有效防范地方融资平台风险，加强贷款跟踪检查，推动发展银团贷款模式，切实防范大额集中度风险。高度关注房地产市场变化，严格执行有关信贷政策，加强对房地产贷款业务的监督管理和窗口指导。继续严格控制对高耗能、高排放和产能过剩行业的贷款。依法加强对银信、银信政合作的监管力度。

刘明康强调，今年在继续有力支持国民经济增长的同时，银行业的工作要做到三个“更加注重”：即更加注重信贷结构调整，更加注重科学发展，更加注重金融风险防范。

一是坚持有保有控，积极支持经济发展方式转变。继续加强对小企业、“三农”的金融服务，确保全年涉农贷款、小企业信贷投放的增速高于全部贷款增速，信贷投放的增量高于上年。探索建立低碳金融服务的长效机制。对符合国家节能减排和土地、环保要求的企业、项目、新型产业按照“绿色信贷”原则加大支持力度。继续支持扩大消费信贷。继续支持居民首套自住型住房消费，积极开发适合城乡家庭特点的消费信贷产品，积极支持家电、汽车、农机下乡；支持棚户区改造，支持保障性住房建设和中低价位、中小套型普通商品住房建设。

二是保证资本充足水平和质量，切实增强风险抵御能力。商业银行董事会要科学制定业务发展战略和资本规划，在坚守资本水平和质量审慎监管底线的基础上，合理确定表内外资产的扩张速度和节奏，转变发展方式，确保风险抵御能力建设与自身业务可持续发展之间的协调一致。

三是加强信贷管理，严格控制不良贷款反弹。切实建立“实贷实付”做法，建立“营销、审查、发放、管理”既相联系又相分离的精细化信贷管理模式，做到从源头上控制信贷资金被挪用风险。四是加强公司治理和并表管理，建立风险管理长效机制。继续完善公司治理架构，设计科学的薪酬制度，完善激励约束机制；进一步规范关联交易，加强信息披露。

空中网称受中移动新政影响下调第一季营收预期

1月27日下午消息，空中网(NasdaqGS:KONG)今天宣布，由于中移动最新实施的关于手机内置收费服务的系列新政策，预计2010财年第一季度的无线增值服务收入(不计入手机游戏、无线互联网服务或网络游戏收入)将较2009年第三季度的水平减少约20%至25%。

　　按照中移动的最新措施，未来几周内，手机内置的无线增值服务需要在用户购买这类服务的过程中，向用户发送通知，并确认收费。此外，中移动还将在今后几周内调整短信代码相关政策，要求一个短信代码只能用于一项服务，不同SP服务需要采用不同短信代码。

　　随着这些措施的实施，空中网预计2010年第一季度的无线增值服务收入(不包括手机游戏、无线互联网服务或网络游戏收入)将较2009年第三季度的水平减少约20%至25%，即在2010年3月31日结束的季度内，无线增值服务收入约为1900万至2000万美元。

　　空中网还表示，公司手机游戏和网络游戏业务不会受到上述政策的重大影响。

　　空中网表示，正在积极审核业务运营状况，以适应无线增值服务市场新的政策变化。这些新的政策变化有望使得服务提供商的数量在未来几个月内大幅减少，但从长期看，有可能使空中网等SP获益。

　　去年12月10日，空中网披露，受中移动等运营商清理WAP网站影响，将公司2009财年第四季度营收预期从3700万至3800万美元下调至3400万至3500万美元。

三网融合：互联网业相机而动

国家加快推进“三网融合”的消息发布不久，互联网业界许多人就开始犯嘀咕：将融合的三方力量强弱不一，广电网的后台是政府，电信网背后是巨无霸级别的运营商，只有这互联网，是一些相对势单力薄的民营企业，前景不妙。

　　随着三网融合的展开，产业间的利益层次将趋于复杂，各广电集团、电信运营商、互联网企业都在思忖这盘棋的下法。

　　“三网融合确实为视频网站增添了诸多变数，由谁主导现在也不甚明朗，56网只能是静观其变，相机而动。”56网CEO王建军就此向中国经济时报表示。

　　优酷网CEO古永锵对三网融合持乐观态度，“优酷刚成立时就提三网合一，公司起名都叫‘合一’网络。三条企业文化，第一条就是‘合作第一，一人一口’。将来三网融合不可能由一家通吃，而将是三方把各自那块业务做好，然后一起合作，一人一口。”

　　广电起跑

　　1月18日，深圳广电集团宣布，旗下新媒体全息跨界平台——“中国时刻(S1979.COM)”正式上线运营。作为“中国时刻”品牌的重要组成部分，跨平台的手机业务和数字电视“漾TV”同时开播。深圳广电集团表示，要打造“三网合一、破频传播”的创新传播组合。

　　“互联网电视、数字电视、手机电视、IPTV等各种数字新媒体形态都将整合在S1979.COM旗下。”深圳广电集团副总编辑李也平透露，目前深圳广电已经着手对节目体系构架和制作流程，依据未来传播特点进行重构。

　　2009年12月28日，中央电视台筹办的中国国家网络电视台CNTV正式上线。

　　同一天，浙江广电集团的新蓝网上线测试。

　　2009年12月18日，湖南广电集团投身互联网，高调推出自己的网络电视台——芒果TV。

　　在此前后，江苏卫视的“江苏网络电视台”已在测试中，上海文广、云南电视台等光电机构也纷纷表示，近期将推出自己的网络电视台。

　　国家广电总局新闻发言人朱虹日前表示，积极推动传统媒体与新兴媒体的融合发展，是今年的工作重点。其中，有条件的电台、电视台都要大力发展网络广播电视，特别是要打破传统节目生产方式，更好地汇聚网民力量、依靠网民智慧。

　　在国家推进“三网融合”的政策中，符合条件的广播电视企业可以经营增值电信业务和部分基础电信业务、互联网业务；整合有线电视网络创新产业形态，推动移动多媒体广播电视、手机电视、数字电视宽带上网等业务的应用等重点内容，对广电行业来说是巨大机遇。

　　在三网融合中，广电系统获得的好处不言而喻。

　　民企静观

　　“大家可以看到，各方对于三网融合表态，在举例中都是讲，符合条件的广播电视企业可以经营增值电信业务和部分基础电信业务、互联网业务；符合条件的电信企业可以从事部分广播电视节目生产制作和传输等；惟独没有讲‘有条件的互联网公司’可以进入电信和广电领域。这说明什么？在三网融合之下，互联网企业估计只有‘被融合’的份儿。”有视频网站对三网融合表示悲观。

　　CNNIC报告显示，2009年中国网民数量达3.84亿，手机网民2.33亿。三网融合后的广播电视，不仅面临新增的巨量用户，还将面临 “融合”后的巨大发展机遇与衍生的各种商机，其经营业务将新增增值电信业务、部分基础电信业务和互联网业务，可谓“全业务运营商”；而电信运营商也可以在一定程度上介入视频内容的生产制作和传输，成为“部分业务运营商”；惟独对于用户参与程度最高、对新媒体贡献最大的互联网企业，在经营业务的相关政策上尚不明朗。

　　“你做好自己的事，不会没饭吃。”古永锵认为，“互联网企业的优势在于，用户相对稳定，对一些互联网应用的把握相对成熟、深谙用户需求并能黏住用户。如何进一步把握这些优势，与广电、电信在未来进行合作，共同发展，是互联网企业最需要关注的事。”

　　古永锵说，“我们2005年、2006年的时候就预测到，在三网合一时代，将会是电脑、手机、电视三个屏幕围绕用户，围绕视频应用。所以优酷从视频切入，现在优酷已经在PC端打通了，手机端也已经起步，但用3G手机的人很少，融合需要时间。”

　　“现在对三网融合，政策还不够明朗，盲动没有意义。”古永锵说，“对这个时间表要理性看待。很多事，你做得太早就是先烈，太晚了又会被消灭。所以，对时间的把握，其实是最关键的。很多机会早晚会来，但判断它究竟什么时候来，这是一种艺术。”

　　曾经所有人都将伍兹视作体育人物中的楷模。他拥有一个幸福的家庭，场外形象一尘不染，制造的新闻通常只与高尔夫球杆有关—直到11月27日，他将SUV撞到了自家门前的树上，并由此曝光一连串的绯闻。

　　厄尔·伍兹生前曾经开玩笑说：只有女人，才能阻挡他儿子超越高球历史的脚步。这句话不幸言中了：一桩绯闻引发的一起车祸、一起车祸引发的N桩绯闻，让老虎·伍兹由体坛最伟大的那一个，直接沦落为人人喊打的偷腥老鼠。

　　从人到神

　　神像的崩塌没有任何征兆。毕竟就上个月，伍兹还曾在佘山一号别墅耀武扬威，以300万美金的出场身价，完成了个人第四次中国之旅。之后他还受邀前往澳大利亚，顺带赢得了澳洲大师赛——他今年赢得的第七座冠军头衔。那个时候，他身上还洋溢着浓烈的王者风范，无论气定神闲的沉默还是偶露标志性的微笑，都会引发周遭数以万计球迷的大呼小叫。没办法，你可以不懂高尔夫，却不可能不认识老虎·伍兹。这个史上第一个总收入突破10亿美元的运动员、当今除奥巴马外最富知名度的黑人。

　　他不是一个美国梦，而是一个天生的传奇。3岁时，伍兹挥杆的镜头便已经登上了黄金档的电视节目。20岁转为职业球手当天，赞助商便迫不及待与他赢下了6000万的赞助合同，与绝大多数同行不同，伍兹从第一天起就不用再为生计问题发愁了。美国名人赛的冠军绿色夹克，连同以保守著称的比赛地奥古斯塔，象征着高尔夫球界乃至白人右翼群体至高无上的光明顶。然而在1997年4月13日，这些都被21岁的伍兹彻底征服。凭借着不可思议的12杆领先优势，他荣膺了首座大满贯头衔，也成为了最年轻的名人赛冠军。长久以来高尔夫球“白人运动”的所谓贵族标签，被一头年轻的老虎扯了下来——这是飞人乔丹、拳王阿里也莫能企及的境界。时至今日，伍兹职业生涯已经取得了97次冠军，包括14座大满贯头衔，打破“金熊”杰克·尼克劳斯的大赛18冠纪录指日可待。

　　正是这头老虎的横空出世，使得高尔夫赛事的奖金规模增大了10倍，使得这项运动拥有了史无前例的社会影响力，甚至时隔112年后重返奥运会的舞台。所有人都将伍兹视作了体育人物的楷模，他拥有一个幸福的家庭，场外形象一尘不染，制造的新闻通常只与高尔夫球杆有关——直到2009年11月27日，他将SUV撞到了自家门前的树上……

　　从神到人

　　车祸发生的那一天，遥远的中国深圳正在进行着高尔夫的世界杯，无论是球员还是媒体，都对伍兹的健康状况忧心不已。然而随后一连串匪夷所思的消息，却让人们意识到，事情远不止一起车祸那么简单。

　　经过对诸多疑点的梳理，媒体很快归纳出一个颇具说服力的“事件回放”：事发前两日伍兹与一个澳洲女郎的绯闻曝光，引得太太艾琳暴跳如雷，在家中与伍兹对质，口角迅速升级为武斗，虎太太甚至用铁杆追打逃跑的虎先生，导致后者慌不择路出现意外。

　　伍兹夫妇三次拒绝了警方的传讯，以及那个“澳洲小三”的现身说法，让素来与八卦媒体绝缘的老虎，瞬间成为了所有八卦媒体的头条。从12月起，几乎每天都有一位“老虎的情人”浮出水面，而这些女郎手中那些录音短信视频等真假莫辩的证据，迫使伍兹本人也不得不打破缄默，发表声明为“个人过失”道歉——“我未能忠于我的价值观念和行为准则，非常对不起家人。我不是一个白璧无瑕的人，我远非完美。”

　　其实从“公关经理”“A片明星”“酒吧招待”这样的职业来看，许多自称的老虎情妇，很可能跟伍兹一点关系也没有。她们只不过是为了追逐名与利，牺牲自己的尊严或让老虎为她们的尊严作出“牺牲”。有传闻称，“澳洲小三”已经得到了百万美元的“封口费”。然而欲盖弥彰封口只会引发更多的女郎前仆后继，竞相诉说与老虎那一场风花雪月的事。

　　高尔夫运动不光彩的一面，也终于因为老虎的缘故，曝光于公众面前。这里的球星个个身价百万，一年有半数时间都在旅行中度过，加之组织方志愿者甚至观众球僮中美女云集，“偷腥”早已成为了公开的秘密。一旦有漂亮女孩站在围栏外最显眼的地方，球员往往会先与之眉来眼去，指派球僮要到联系方式，随后便在酒店、会所甚至是练习场行龌龊之事。“大炮”约翰·达利、“蜘蛛侠”韦莱加斯、金童加西亚等人都是圈内有名的花花公子。去年汇丰赛笔者便亲眼见识到，韦莱加斯是如何从两眼放电到走不动路，只因对面站着两位赞助商的高挑空姐。

　　而如今，伍兹成为了偷腥者新的代言。哪怕他的老婆是瑞典的极品模特，哪怕他的第二个孩子刚刚出世。愤怒的公众甚至把矛头指向了迈克尔·乔丹，指责正是离婚后花天酒地的他，把原本模范丈夫的好友伍兹“带坏了”，有媒体甚至披露了“飞人”带着“老虎”出没夜店的疑似照片。对于质疑，乔丹一如既往装作没看见。我们只记得就在几个月前，他还耐人寻味地一个劲宣称自己是伍兹的“导师”。

　　乔丹、科比、阿姆斯特朗、菲尔普斯……曾经无限完美的这些体坛偶像，都无一幸免在公众的视野中坍塌；如今，伍兹三十年的伟大也终告沦陷。站得越高，摔得越狠。看看骄傲的伍兹吧，他可以拒绝任何媒体的专访要求、为游艇名字的曝光不惜将制造商告上法庭、在上海忽略任何一位球迷的签名请求——如今，墙倒众人推。昔日老虎目空一切高高在上的姿态，如今只能激发公众的审判心理，将其从英雄打成笑料。这一点，他还真不如米克尔森，左手怪在上海与球迷打成一片的同时还拿走了奖杯，而帽子上粉丝带的醒目标记，更是时刻彰显了他对乳腺癌妻子的忠诚。

　　赞助商们还没打算抛弃老虎，却已经停播了与之相关的所有广告。伍兹依然是这个世界上最有钱的运动员，但他吸金的速度显然已经急刹车。我们不清楚如今窝在家中的老虎，是百口莫辩还是三省其身，但可以确定的是，他仅剩的救命稻草，便是回到赛场上，用一个又一个的冠军，修补形象。34岁的他依然处于全盛期，尽管属于他的黄金时代，已经一去不复返了。

改革开放30年
改革开放已经三十年，我个人可以说是发电机伴随着改革成长，所以就很想说说自己的感想。改革首先是振动给料机思想文化（意识）的变革，实际上也就是对寻求国家与民族发展道路、方式、目标等内容的根本认识的降膜蒸发器问题。具体上就是以“国家”为利益中心，还是以“民众”为利益中心的发展问题（这是这一时期思想文化在物质和制度上的体现）。两者利益成为矛盾体推动和制摄影工作室约发展的主要因素，体现在“一切以经济建设为中心”，“发展是硬道理”。尤其在化妆造型现代社会此矛盾双方更为明显。百姓从“人民”变成了“公民”这是最大的国家对百姓的认可。开始实事求是激光打标机的认识“世情”、“国情”和“民情”。“民众”和“政府”远未达到互动的彩妆程度，矛盾双方的推动发展地作用发挥不出来。而中国人喜欢思想文化传承主要不是国人不善于创新，而是缺乏这种环境和条件，而主导环境和不孕不育医院条件的却在于“政府”，这也是“几千年”思想文化沉淀的乳化机结果。改革其次是体制的变革，在中国，从前有着独特的“政治管理体制”主导着“经济运行体制”（可以说几乎没有经济运行体制），改革将“经济建设”定位为核心，开始用“经济”（市场）的手段运用于国家的普陀山旅游体制中。使“经济体制”上升为推动社会发展的相对于“政治体制”的矛盾的另一方面。关系国家经济发展的稳定和速度，同时又影响和决定着其他不孕不育体制的内容和作用。而“思想文化”与“国家体制”又形成相互作用构成中国社会发展的矛盾主要的两个方面。改革再次是对外关系的变革，摆明了是“区域深井泵民族经济”与“世界其他区域经济”发展之间的矛盾和谐调的处理。这就是融入中国改革中的“开放”需要处理和面对的矛盾问题。这一矛盾同引发国内“思想文化”与“国家体制”这一矛盾互为高空作业车主要因素和动力源泉，上升为改革（即是“变革”与“发展”）这一矛盾中“内部因素”和“外部因素”两大主要作用方面。改革最终的直接作用就对“人”和“物”存在关系的铜棒改变过程（这里的“人”不是单一地豪华干手器个体而是某类利益群体的总称，“物”不仅仅是商品还包括私家侦探世界范围的资源、环境、物化的材料（金融）、规范社会秩序的法规制度等等），统一到（区域）社会存在的体系中（即国家和民族利益的集合中）。从这一过程出发，我个人以为：中国的改革只不过电热烘箱是处于“摸索”期，经验期。而真正的改革（就是国家民族的发展）是一个长期的喷码机实践过程（历史过程）包括完善、交流、挫折和成就，可以复卷机说也是国家发展的初期过程（国情：初级阶段）。不能急功近利，更不可悲观厌世，但万万不可步入歧途。也就是以唯物的历史观来看待我国的社会改革，那么改革的成功就是必定的了,当前提出的“和谐社会”就是一种历史唯物发展观的具体体现：人自身、人与人、人与自然、环境自身、国家和社会、国家关系等的液压油缸和谐观念就是改革过程的电炉指导思想和目标，也是“科学发展观”“创新型国家”的要求。我们改革时期的思想文化和改革进程和方法手段就应围绕“和谐”这一东方智慧的精华开展进行。发展必然就是铜管财富的创造和累计，但不是“对外扩张掠夺”也不是“对内剥削压制”，那就是自我的完善和更新。
十一届三中全会以来20多年，是我们党团结和带领全国各族人民，解放思想、实事求是，同心同德、锐意进取，进行建设有中国特色社会主义的历史性创造性活动的20多年。在建国椎间盘突出以后取得的重大成就的基础上，我们取得了新的真空泵举世瞩目的巨大成就。我们探索电子白板和开辟了建设有中国特色社会主义事业的新道路，使我国社会主义制度焕发出新的生机和变频电机活力，工人阶级领导的、以工农联盟为基础的人民民主宁波旅游专政的国家政权更加巩固。我们确立了公有制为主体、多种所有制经济共同发展这一社会主义初级阶段的基本经济制度，实行按劳分配斗齿为主体、多种分配方式并存的分配制度。社会主义市场消防泵经济体制正在建立，市场在资源配置中的基础性作用显著增强，新的宏观调控体系框架初步形成。农村和城市的各项改革取得重大进展。经济增长方式正在由粗放型向集约型转变。
我们实行对外开放的板式换热器领域和规模不断扩大，已形成全方位、多层次、宽领域的对外开放格局。进出口贸易、国家外汇储备大幅度上升。利用外资为我国建设开辟了广阔的资金来源。我国经济大踏步地走西地那非上世界经济舞台。在过去30年间，那些政府能力弱而政策不佳的热处理设备国家，人均收入年平均增长率仅为0.5%，那些具有良好的不孕不育专科医院机构能力和良好政策的国家，人均收入年平均增长率达到约3%。这说明政府能力对一个国家的进步发展起着关键性的作用。当前，我国已经进入全面建设搅拌机小康社会、加快推进社会主义现代化的新的发展手拉葫芦阶段。可以毫不夸张地说，是否拥有一个有效的、卓越的政府对于第三步战略目标的护栏完成将起着决定性的作用。那么，当前我国是否拥有一个有效工程机械配件且卓越的政府呢？或者说当前我国政府能力平面磨床水平究竟如何？政府能力就是指现代国家政府，在既定的国家宪政体制内，通过制定和执行品质优良、积极而有效的公共政策，最大可能地动员、利用、组合、发掘、培植资源，为社会和公众提供刮板薄膜蒸发器广泛而良好的公共物品和公共服务，理性地确立社会普遍遵从的正式规则并积极引导更为广泛的非正式的社会规则，维护社会公正和秩序，形成有效调节社会关系和社会行为的除尘设备制度及其机制，进而在比较的意义上促进国家快速、均衡、持续、健康发展的能力。有效性是政府能力的核心概念。

新闻频道说，河南发现了疑似曹操的墓穴。时隔两日，还是新闻继续频道说，专家证实墓穴为曹操之墓。两大支柱依据不过是魏王石牌及石枕头外加两块疑似曹操的头盖骨。证据会否少了点，又马虎了点？专家随便地敲了敲头盖骨说，这盖骨曾在世66载与曹操66岁辞世归土的时间正当相吻合。

人说，『说曹操，曹操到。』其实呢，说了1700余年，曹操就从未到过。急了的人们，开始找。找也找了1700多年。找是找到了，不过是仔；曹植。在山东。他老子曹操就从未找到过！曹操在世挖了72个墓穴，无它，为墓被盗，所谓的『七十二疑家』之传说由此而来。有心防你呢你去哪里找？曹操是『专业户』；盗墓及防盗墓的『专业户』。我不信那些个从盗墓者手中缴获所谓的证据为曹操所有，更不相信这新闻源的链接省。不知怎么地，虽然是央视在报道，可就觉得可信度不高。如果一定要我信，那我信有人曾对疑似曹操头盖骨拳打脚踢，无奈，盖骨招架不住而屈打成招--我是『曹操』！

日子真的真的很快。去年在美国西岸随笔一篇『平安夜不平安』仿佛昨天才写好，可事实是，今年上海东岸的圣诞节就在眼前。真急坏我了，日子怎么就像帮在了箭上了呢？
